Pros

little to no pros given they are closing all US base sites down.

Cons

Stating they closing the site due to finical losses due to lack of employees as employees. Majority of employees are leaving due to lack of decent pay while senior leadership are see massive pay increases and bonuses to their own pocket book rather then investing in their employees
