They changed our positions before the end of 2017. They expected us all to do whatever they wanted and "trust" them. They were to present a new compensation plan and then chose not to because they didn't realize it would be so much work to implement a new program mid-year. They move very slowly to change, enhance, etc. processes and products. The company is losing their top clients and I am weary of the sustainability of the business.
