Instant Commerce is a SaaS scale-up focused on cornering the headless eCommerce market and doing so with a dedicated and fun team. As such, Instant Commerce offers exciting and challenging careers to IT professionals. I've experienced a lot of trust and the freedom to own responsibilities here from the get go. It is a truly hybrid company that allows you to set your own working hours. All of this combines into a very nice atmosphere and the focus on people, performance, and growth.

Being a young company, it doesn't have all its processes laid out just yet. This isn't the ideal place for people who are looking for an environment where they can always follow a step-by-step guide or be told what to do.

Definitely the people. The team is super diverse and everyone is always willing to help each other out. It is a fast-paced environment but in a sustainable way. They really pay attention to detail in every part. Culture, the product, sales & marketing, HR.

If you like the start-up/scale-up phase, there aren't really cons. It was great being part of this team.
