They brought the toxic culture from their previous company and creating a hostile work environment, Full of politics, gossip, and favoritism, hard work is ignored. No career growth or learning opportunities. Feedback is not welcomed. instead, employees are blamed and demotivated. Unprofessional leadership leading to unnecessary stress and attrition. There is a useless d×g gang where constantly gossip about others’ personal lives and even judge colleagues based on appearances instead of performance. Constructive feedback and growth opportunities are almost nonexistent. If you value professionalism, respect, and career development, this is not the right place to be.
