      Flexible schedule, instant pay for some jobs, and networking.

      Cons

      The company keeps making changes that hurt the employees, At first instapay was free then they started charging 3 dollars. Now they charge 5 percent. The jobs pay lower every year. Also there’s too many people on the platform now.
