Very isolated working, most staff were very heavily isolated staff and it felt like this was intentional.
Cliquey middle management put friendships ahead of efficiency.
Senior staff are playing catch-up to the industry.
E-Learning team create good resources but not ground breaking.
Behind the curve for educational delivery & development.
Top-down communication with little staff consultation.
Twice a year events were superficial, full of top-down communication, cheesy 'team building' activities, and evenings were mostly booze-led (with some tacky SMT hen-party vibes).
