Pros

None. My experience working here was consistently miserable.

Cons

- Management expects employees to guess what is needed instead of communicating clearly - Leadership frequently makes poor decisions due to a lack of accountability and short-term thinking - Decisions are inconsistent and create ongoing confusion and frustration - Support for employees is virtually nonexistent despite heavy workloads - Work demands are relentless, with little to no assistance provided - Pay is extremely low compared to the workload required - The benefits are minimal and not competitive - Employees are consistently undervalued and overworked

Pros

A small number of coworkers were supportive, which occasionally made difficult situation slightly more manageable.

Cons

- The entire experience was disorganized from the start, with almost no training and long stretches where no one bothered to check in, leaving you idle, confused, and without clear direction or pay stability. - Management was extremely dismissive and degrading, speaking to staff with open disrespect while pushing workloads to the point of burnout. - Every process felt poorly designed and careless, with a strong sense that client care was secondary to profit, and individuals were reduced to numbers rather than treated with dignity. - Clients who could not advocate for themselves appeared to be taken advantage of, which made the environment even more disturbing. - Managers provided little to no real guidance, instead throwing staff into client sessions without background, preparation, or support. - Even basic responsibilities like logging hours and tracking data were never properly explained, forcing constant guessing and uncertainty. - Scheduling was inconsistent and often did not match what was promised, creating serious financial strain. - Over time, it felt like blind compliance was expected, with no room for questions or improvement, only silent acceptance of how things were done.
