Pros
I've been at Instructure for a while, and despite massive growth and several "generations" of leaders and employees, the culture is still better than any I've experienced.
Cons
As Instructure grows it must change, and that means leaders make mistakes -- sometimes in the actual selection of leaders, sometimes in business direction, sometimes in executing projects. A larger organization can't recover from mistakes as quickly as a smaller organization, and you can sometimes feel that.
