Pros
-Free healthcare for the employee
-Starting pay is decent for people without experience
-The jobs in assembly are easy to learn and do
Cons
-A lot of favoritism goes on in this company. Certain employees will have more opportunity to advance or learn new things, and even will be granted overtime over others, based on who they know/are related to.
-The machines and equipment are old and dirty, break often, and can make your job a lot harder.
-Little to no communication between upper management and hourly employees
-Strict Monday-Friday schedule; very little room for scheduling appointments during the week
