Pros
Very good environment to grow and great work exposure I can tasted every moment and gained lot of knowledge on electro mechanical device and vast amount of experience on how to maintain good managment practices i have to be done procurement activity and document control. The senior officials are great and very good supportive and they teach everything you have to learn on an entreprice environment they never misbehave to you they always treat you as their own brother or sister.
Cons
It is not easy to get selected and appointed you here. It is more difficult than getting a job on big 4 company they only need specific people. Most other employer have no idea about this company.
