Pros
Great product with a real chance of decades of strong growth ahead. Strong competitive position that grows stronger with each passing day. A tremendous amount of know-how mixed with the right resources should provide Insulet with a strong competitive advantage for years.
Cons
Employees often feel like their opinions are not heard. The 'start up' feel of this company is all but gone, and its culture has shifted to one of being very corporate.
