Training programs needs a bit of alterations. There isnt a clear cut training due to the flexibility in the scheduling. Which is a pro and a con. The pro obviously is that they are so gracious with their flexibility it is heaven sent. The downside is it makes the training hard because the trainers dont realize what has and hasnt been taught to some people. So once you get on a call and you are faced with something you have never done you will try and handle it by asking for help which isnt always readily available.
That's my 3rd con sometimes the manager meetings are so long and sometimes the manager or supervisor left on the floor gets bombarded.
