high base pay for agents

Cons

terrible commission structure- seasoned agents wont get excited about 20 dollars an hour if there is a questionable commission structure which is paid quarterly. The leads are terrible, must work major holidays, the products are overpriced and scarce. only one of many managers actually know anything about the systems/products so you basically have no support. What Benefits?DO NOT LEAVE ANOTHER JOB FOR THIS ONE

The extensive training and high-quality leads provided here are excellent. I especially appreciate Charnee she is a phenomenal instructor who makes the learning process seamless.
