Pros
I've been working at IntSights for 6 months, pretty much since COVID-19 started impacting Israel. I was brought to the company by a friend who used to work for the for IntSights. I like it here! My colleagues are nice and everyone's friendly; we're developing software using the new technologies; the R&D management is great and very professional (probably the main reason I chose to work at IntSights instead of other job offers); and most importantly, personal development is really taken into consideration. I feel that even though I've been working here for a short period, I've had a great impact. I hope to continue to improve our product and improve myself at the same time. There have been positive, well-thought organization changes in the R&D department (affecting me as well) and I'm sure they'll be for the best. Even though the most of us are working from home due to COVID-19, the company is doing its best to help us at these terrible times by pampering us with gifts and company swag :)

The happy hour frequency has been reduced to every 3 weeks, which is a bummer.
