Unachievable targets. Atmosphere of paranoia. Shifts are changed at whim of management. Very shady data collection demanded on existing customers for up sell and cross sell. Ponderously slow old systems. At renewal of policy there's ALWAYS discount available but this is only given if demanded- hardly a decent way to treat long term customers. Worst atmosphere I've ever worked in a varied 20 year career. Management is a clique far more interested in impressing each other than providing good service or supporting staff stretched paper thin with their unreasonable and incessant demands.
