Thanks for the comments. It is indeed a nice place to work with great people and some amazing clients. Online training provides a great deal of access to some excellent and relevant courses, but in-person options are available too. Worth discussing with your manager, and including in your PDP. We have done and continue to provide incentives for certification, plus paid study time to support this. Again, well worth a discussion with your manager on this point.
