      No proper direction or goals. Outdated or no work for most. No challenging or new work. Management ignores feedback even related to harrasment in workplace. Top management have formed a cult and others are ignored due to which all capable and work loving people are leaving the company.

      -favoritism and office politics allows unqualified people to move up -workload is unmanageable -unclear responsibilities -pretty clear some people coast by with doing nothing while the other ends up doing all the work
