Pros

- Training was solid - love how they got a supportive union - onboarding felt quick and smooth - mission driven (no savior energy) - great leadership - organized and not chaotic - outstanding managers (*clap *clap) - team driven environment (love my squad) - no toxic energy - nice benefits (my kitten got insurance! And golds gym is nice)

Cons

Lots of room for improvement with culture and diversity training, For more leadership opportunities, more research involvement and announcements. And most importantly because Austin is so expensive - more pay please. Out here living paycheck to paycheck with this inflation
