CEO out of touch with Property Managers and line staff only cares about the bottom line and doesn’t care about the seniors that Solstice servers. She creates a culture of fear and intimidation management by Regional Directors of Operation, cant keep good Executive Directors, Directors of Sales, and Chefs. That alone tells a story. This company is the model for micromanagement, company is bogged down with reports. Does don’t provide the budget, staffing, and tools to perform the duties of your position, wants five-star results on a one stare budget. Has programs they believe are the greatest and puts them above competitors, the reality is they don’t play that big a roll in getting senior to move in; Great staffs sell and make properties attractive, not over promise and under delivering programs. Properties are old and run down. The entire support team has no idea how to communicate outside of email; you can never get them on the phone. There's not much positive reinforcement at this place
