ISL takes their culture seriously and works to be sure it is carried out throughout the organization. From Senior Leadership, to Executive Directors, to front line team members, it is an important part of our day to day operations. ISL values a positive work environment and supports their communities in seeing that they do the same. ISL also supports autonomy in their leaders. They provide support when needed however allows operators enough autonomy to make decisions based on individual needs of their communities. I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the ISL family!
