Pros
Integrate AV is the second auto visual firm that I have worked for. There are some great people that work here but the learning curve has been tough. There are some great clients and well known brands to work with.
Cons
Adjusting to a new company has been difficult. I prefer more structure and guidance and I am not confident to improvise or run jobs independently. I am hoping 2019 can be an improvement for me.
