I can assure you that since then and over the last few years, great strides have been made under new leadership and the appointment of Danielle Ryan as CEO as of December 2023. We are 100% committed to fostering a balanced culture, the well being of our team and the growth of the agency. Some ways that we have accomplished that is by allowing the team to be 100% remote, introducing continued education initiatives + stipends, streamlined processes for efficiencies and better tools/resources to teams and management to have better insight into individuals work capacity to alleviate burnout.
