Pros

The opportunity to work from a home office. Medical benefits. Generous PTO.

Cons

Low base salary. Additional income you can earn is not as high as they tell you in interviews. No job security because contracts can end at any time with clients. They focus exclusively on contracts with food companies. A management team with call center backgrounds so, it is a high pressure, cold calling, telemarketing job with all sorts of silly metrics. No creative selling, follow the script to the letter. Monthly goals can quickly turn into weekly goals. Calling the same leads over and over again throughout the year is boring.

Pros

None, this is truly the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever worked for in my life. The management should not be in their positions, as several are directly related to one another (creating a direct bias for advancement opportunities), also instead of improving the abusive and hostile work environment they micromanage everything you do on a daily basis. Make sure to document all conversations, emails, chats, etc.

Cons

Hostile and completely unorganized work environments consisting of 100% cold calling the same campaign lists over and over, severe lack of training to all employees, as well as being trained wrong repeatedly and then the company admits to having to retrain the "correct" way. Which again shows the chaos and pure lack of basic organization. Take a dive into the company history and it takes you down a rabbit hole of red flags. RECORD EVERYTHING. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. REPORT, REPORT, REPORT. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AND WORKPLACE LAWS.
