      Won't be around much longer

      Cons

      Poor management, proven record of not caring about employees. You will be a cog to the board of directors and their demands that do not make sense for business. Overworked and underpaid. Employees do not get raises while the board and founder continue to thrive. This is not the kind of company that will survive the next few years.

      operational structure was lacking or so convoluted that it was almost impossible to resolve differences. Let me go while I was out on medical leave
