Pros
IHS presents very well! The interview process is fairly polished and the leadership seems very engaged. The office has a great view, but bring your sunglasses (no, not because your future is that bright).....the owners will allow zero adjusting of their blinds that might impede the view of the river, even for the sake of productivity. Great place to learn that you like recruiting, but not the place to actually grow in any professional sense. This place isn't the worst, it just is a boiler room. Chances are you will meet some interesting people that will give you some great stories to rehash at your next place of employment.
Cons
Google the word nepotism- It has that family feel alright! Low pay Constant bonus structure in flux (I dare you to ask for a detailed bill rate) Smile and dial, even if those dials make no sense at all. Those leads aren't dead, they just need a better pitch........
