Pros
Projects are interesting The wider team were great to work with
Cons
Pay is much lower than comparable roles in the local area. No yearly pay rises. Promise of a bonus scheme, but no one ever received a bonus. Company benefits are almost the bare legal minimum and much worse than any other modern company. Expected to use own equipment, e.g. own laptop for work and use your own personal phone to take or make calls with you personally covering the cost of everything. Moderately high staff turnover - most people have been there for less than 2 years. Some only lasted a few months. Small office makes taking meetings impossible as people on different calls are all talking over each other. This hurt client relationships by looking unprofessional and risked confidential information leaking by being overhead by someone on another call. Promise of some work from home days when interviewed but actual company policy is close to full time in the office.
