Pros
Great people - some very talented. The hours are manageable especially for the Shopper Marketing industry. I think the company is generally fair in their treatment of employees.
Cons
The agency has been going through some changes that have left a sense of uncertainty with many employees. This coupled with the fact that they recently lost a major account have made it a tenuous workplace.
They also have a problem with account associates not being educated enough in what creative does to communicate project specs and needs effectively.
