      I have worked for this company for over 11 years. I have been here watching this company grow considerably over the years. The vision is superb, management is growing as the company grows. Lessons have been learned, everything is moving forward. I worked inside the office for many many years and was given the opportunity to work from home when I moved to another state. I see the new Vision Integrated Medical Partners is putting out there and with hard work of dedicated employees we will get there. I am excited about the future and the path this company is laying before us.

      The negative attitude of some employees is infectious and needs to change.

      Pros

      A small but growing company that maintains a small business atmosphere while allowing for growth through interaction with employees from all levels and customer wants and needs. Management is approachable and is not afraid to share honest feedback regardless or whether the news is positive or challenging. Management that works as hard for the employees as they expect the employees to work for them.

      Cons

      Difficult industry. Constant change and shifts often without much notice. We strive to stay in front of the surprises and have qualified staff who know where to look for indications of changes or new trends within the industry.
