IPS hired me to work in a new acquisition they made of a company in Edmonton. The company I went to was quite possibly one of the worse managed business I have worked for.
Although I didn't work for IPS directly, my view of the company is forever ruined due to this experience.
Make sure you know exactly what you want as any deviation will lead to a horrible experience. I'm not going to list all my bad experiences. But in the week I was at this company, everything was taught was considered wrong and I really had no clue what was going on with my position.
I quit after exactly 4 days.
