Accountability Issue - Anonymous employee Integrated Research Employee Review

Sheer lack of accountability makes it difficult to be successful. Emails go unanswered, escalations are ignored, product shortfalls are glazed over, etc. This happens from the top, which then enables the behavior throughout the ranks. There is a new leadership structure being put in place (which seems to happen every fiscal year), so this will hopefully improve and be able to continue some of the minimal momentum gained in the last year, but until the accountability issue is resolved at the roots, the leaves will continue to wilt.
