Pros
Team and Managers are great to work with. What you say and do matters. You are more than just an employee to them you are a big part of a small company. I never have been told to do anything but only asked. Even the owner will assist with anything needed.
Cons
I am made to work my 8 hours only and if i fall behind and feel i need more time to get things done the managers help me get it done so i do not have to stay longer. They appriciate employees to much and want the best for everryone inside and outside of the workplace. Just to nice and to good to work for and that is my CON. Great place to work.
