      Initial it was good. they just offer you good money and the Location

      Cons

      Poor management, No process in Hierarchy and in term of software development. if join you there as Associate / Developer after 10 year you still the same.

      Work schedule is flexible. Benefits are available, including vacation. Love the pay structure. Management supportive.

      Communication is not consistent. Need regular meetings with peers.

      Pros

      Working remotely most days is good. There is not more to say that is a pro to the company or position.

      Cons

      Management is shady and does not give credit where credit is due. They would continuously press for results but as business would increase, there is no appreciation for hard work and individual successes.
