Pros
Competitive Salary Great benefits (offers the best health insurance that I've had for awhile, and my previous employer was a healthcare company!) Great co-workers. There's a lot of talent here, and despite having lots of knowledge, they are still open to learning new ways to do things. Meals- 2 days a week you get lunch and 2 days a week breakfast. There is also usually mac n chesse, ramen, and frozen something (currently a giant box of frozen burritos) for staff to enjoy any day of the week. Self-starter environment. There's not a lot of micro managing that goes on, employees are generally left to handle their work as they see fit. But help and escalation resources are available. Work-Life balance. Wide range of schedules available to help accommodate work/life balance. This is a BUSY place. There are tickets always coming in. Management listens to employee feedback and works implement changes. You can tell that they are working hard to make things even better internally.
Cons
There are sometimes days when it is necessary to work later than the end of your scheduled shift. (But really, this is common across the industry). It's not often though. The office is divided into two buildings (in the same office complex) with the support teams in one and upper management and execs in another. I think this contributes to some of the us vs them issues seen in other reviews. (I personally don't find the C level executives hard to approach or interact with however)
