Pros

Made a lot of long-term friends with coworkers, enjoyed the patients I came into contact with. Pay was better than anything I have made since I left.

Cons

Management is "untouchable". You can not suggest anything, dispute anything they say, try to make things easier for everybody. They will waste your time moving vehicles across the state instead of using the card you went to school for. Dispatch is also "untouchable" Their word is SOLID. You have literal people taken from the streets of Greenville trying to dispatch medical professionals to areas they have never been, or heard of before. There is NO room for advancement, and if you are an unlucky one to actually advance to a lower management position, you will get treated even worse by upper management and the President, it's just 100% not worth any sort of advancing. The benefits are a joke. I paid over $100 in health insurance for myself per pay period. And that was the lower option!!! You are NOT allowed to pick up overtime, especially if you're a Paramedic. There are exceptions to that, but they are very far and few between. Odds are, you will end up leaving your immediate service area because they do not staff appropriately in all stations, and you will be forced to do runs in areas you are not familiar with. Why should an EMT based in Dayton do a run at a nursing home in Cincinnati??? This company also has no knowledge of the Medicaid system for ambulance transportation. generally, you are not taught the requirements for a patient in order for a run to be processed through medicaid, and in doing so, you become an accessory to a party that will eventualy be found guilty of Medicaid fraud.

Pros

*excellent work schedule *Upper Management is GREAT to work for *pay is great- more then I made at any other job *LOVE doing the jobs that I am assigned to do-- of course there are difficult days but you have that in any job *I absolutely love the fact that the owners of the company will get involved with the day to day and help out where they are needed-- to make operations run smoother

Cons

I can't think of a thing that I dislike about the company- maybe some employees that feel they are entitled to more when they don't want to work for more.

Pros

Unfortunately there are very few pros. its a nice building and the co-workers seem nice and knowledgeable for the short period of time they are there.

Cons

Most people have been written up and harassed for non- working issues. Management is mainly family and friends who are not properly trained to be management nor respect any of the employees. The CEO Brad doesn't even know the law in regards to HIPPA and health care privacy and demands to know about employees healthcare issues. Not good when you are running a health care service company. You can be written up and suspended (harassed in legal terms) for non-issues such as not parking your car to their liking, or not sitting on your chair in a manner they deem proper- I wish I was kidding but I did see someone get suspended and walked out for doing their job, but they were sitting on their leg while sitting in the chair. There is a reason their is high turnover and any good management head would recognize this and fix the problem
