      Pros

      The DM never bother you or yelling over (your cell phone) at you.They treat you with respect.

      Cons

      You could stay with this Company until you RETIRE from trucking, but your wait time for loads will make you leave. You send your request for another load. The DM will respond they received your message and will contact you when they bid on another load. You may sit for some days, this no truck driver likes. Paycheck is low on paydays.This forces good driver's to seek other Companies for employment.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
