      Open environment, free will workplace, many of the other brokers do offer their assistance or tips when asked.

      Cons

      Not many, it can be difficult to find customers due to how big IEL is getting, but that just requires more grinding to build the pipeline.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
