      Pros

      I love working with the AR team. We really work well together. There is also great work/life balance. I have never worked for a company where everyone is willing to help and be understanding. It was really a hard decision having to leave such a great team but I am relocating soon.

      Cons

      The AC is cooold. WFH/Hybrid should be an option. I think pay increase could be a bit better for top performers.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
