The folks at Integrity will tell you what you want to hear. Once you get in the door it’s a different story. This place is a revolving door and the culture is terrible. They should change their name to In and Out Recruiting. Things are changing constantly and new policies are born every day to attempt to fix yesterday’s mistakes. I can’t believe some people have stayed and endured the culture where they promise the world. The owners are judgmental and they definitely play favorites. It’s negative circus over there. All the employees gossip about it behind the scenes at our happy hours! Leaving this place in my own accord I might add was the biggest weight off my chest. It’s a fake and terrible atmosphere and they really only care about how much money you make them so the owners can buy their next nice car or custom made clothing.
