Honestly, there were very few or none downsides during my time at Integrity.

Integrity has integrity. They care for their employees well-being, program managers and supervisors will bat for you and never leave you to fend for yourself before the client, and leadership will dream with you in how you can continue to grow and invest in your career within Integrity. Most government contracts want you to serve a role and when that position ends, you have to figure it out. But not only does Integrity typically win their contracts because of their excellent service to the client, but they will also do everything they can to retain current talent when a position ends. On an added note, if your work is worth being noticed- it will be noticed! Great talent will not go unnoticed; you don’t need to beg for visibility.

Honestly, none! I’ve enjoyed working here and I feel like my company trusts me to do my job and represent the company well. Grateful to work here!
