The workplace atmosphere is very positive and welcoming. The team is collaborative, friendly, and always ready to offer support, which makes working together easy and fun. Leadership is also a large factor in the positive workplace culture the CEO is accessible and takes it upon themself to engage with employees to coach them personally. This level of involvement is rare and demonstrates a true concern for the people. Overall, it creates a strong sense of motivation, belonging, and job satisfaction. Truly one of the best places to work!
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. The experience has been very positive overall, and any small challenges are just part of normal day-to-day work.
