Great office space, good community of people, good work life balance

Still building continuity among three office locations

You will only get to work there for 7 months. And you will get to see your replacement get interviewed while you are there. The only good thing about working there is that they at least have some work for you to do when you start. And you will get a wrecked rental history as a result.

Lots of unpaid overtime. The upper management berates the employees. The boss told me I had to become dumber . Very unprofessional and incompetent management. The management blames you for everything the goes wrong on a project. You are expected to mentor younger engineers and get your projects done on time without any resources whatsoever. Training is nonexistent. Management uses cultural fit as a reason to deny promotions or resources for your projects. Prepare to be blamed for a late project and not be excused even though you needed immediate medical attention. Even their supposed job outplacement assistance is nonexistent! Plus they will keep your personal property for themselves! Avoid this firm like the bubonic plague! They even make you waste your time taking headshots and not use them!
