- Remote - Flexible Hours - Great Product - Good culture where people are asked what to do. Management makes sure that people have a plan that they can work towards and are happy with their career progression.

- The product is a bit technical to understand. - Can get a bit hectic at times since it's still a young company that pivots from time to time.
