      They have the biggest portfolio turnaround of any venture capital firm I've seen. Company pushes employees to continue education even at a senior level.

      Pros

      lots of room to build your own destiny, expertise and become a leader in your niche ; some really fantastic leaders and platform support org with seasoned members

      Cons

      drag down of Intel Corp decline; industry mistakenly typecasts Intel Capital as a typical CVC, regardless of its top tier performance and independence

      Pros

      Getting to work on interesting challenges and with innovative startups within the broader umbrella of a global technology brand. Team is collegial and management is very humane.

      Cons

      "Venture firm within a company" model means the institutional bureacracy can be heavier than an a stand-alone VC firm.
