It was a good place to grow. Especially for fresh graduates when the company was doing well. Had one of the best benefits in town. Initially had a lot of activities that promotes innovation. Inclusion is part of the company directive. Had always celebrated small wins. There was a time when it felt like a family in my team.

Too much meetings and request for status updates from Project Managers. Not enough time to do the real work. Emails were never read due to too much meetings when summary was all there.
