We are sorry to hear that your experience at Intelegencia did not end well, despite a long tenure of 3 years with us. The beginning of the covid pandemic posed a challenge for a lot of companies, not just Intelegencia and a lot of companies were forced to take harsh decision of down-sizing and layoffs. Despite that, we managed to retain more than 90% of our workforce, no salaries were with-held, and even annual appraisal have been done suitably.
