Pros
The CEO - After working for the company for only a short period of time (4 months), I had a sudden family tragedy that required me to spend multiple weeks away from the job site and off the contract. She allowed me take Personal Time even though I hadn't accumulated that much time off and checked on me daily to see if my family needed anything. You won't find that level of caring and understanding often in this line of work. The entire HQ Staff - I work remotely, but the few times I've had issues pop up, the Staff has engaged quickly and effectively, always ensuring that my needs have been met. I enjoy every opportunity I'm required to work out of our offices when the customer's worksite is closed. They treat me like a key member of the team
