Pros

I have been working at Intellectsoft for 9 months now, and for me, this is a place where people are truly valued. The team here is one that you want to work with — there is mutual respect, support, and opportunities for growth. I really like that it's easy to ask for help here and just as easy to get it. There are many strong specialists from whom you can learn simply in the course of your work. And at the same time, no one looks down on you — the atmosphere is very healthy. I like that they trust me. There is room for my own decisions, initiatives are not lost, ideas are discussed. If you want to grow, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop. The projects are varied and often complex, but that's what keeps you on your toes. You don't feel like you're standing still. For me, Intellectsoft is a place where I feel comfortable working, developing, and just being myself.

Pros

- Intellectsoft has a few offices in the FiDi WeWork location. There's free coffee, fruit-infused water, and freebies (redundant?) every day. - There's a strong Eastern European culture but that's a good thing for me because I like people who don't beat around the bush and would rather have them teach me directly. - Learning and experimentation encouraged. The marketing team is willing to try new things as long as its well thought out. - Down-to-earth people with interests in and out of tech. Makes for good conversation when everyone hangs out after hours. - Reasonable work from home policy. - Rub elbows with directors and C-levels (plenty who don't even live in NY) so you really get to know the people who started the company and are passionate about their product.

Cons

- Time difference between Eastern European development centers and U.S. offices takes a bit of getting used to. The earlier you start your day, the better the communication flow. - Not crazy about the logo
