      Lots! Incompetent, Rude and Arrigant Managers Only functional resources are valued and paid well Salaries are way too low Long working hours Lack of communication Unfair for people working at low-mid level Unstable

      Training and Learning, Travel, Job knowledge, Facilities, Peer Rapport

      Cons

      Work pressure, compensation, travel, politics, no ESOP/ESPS. Off late there is lot of attrition due to the above reasons. Management should make it a joy for employees to work here so that people give their 100 percent.
