We certainly appreciate your feedback, but we have not provided company cars to our employees in more than 10 years! We do value the feedback of our team members, both past and present, and take all the feedback we receive very seriously to improve our company. Our leadership team works hard to ensure that the culture and working environment at VTS is reflective of the trust we have in our team members as experts in their crafts (especially in our current remote work atmosphere). We encourage our managers to stay connected to their team members as a reflection of the collaborative nature of our work. We believe that we all have an opportunity to learn and grow from each other, as we recognize that each team member is able to make a significant contribution to our business and help us take it to the next level. Security is also something that we value as an organization not just to protect our onsite data center, but also to protect the safety of our employees and work environment. As a company that originated as a family-run business, our owners take pride in caring for the needs of their employees both personally and professionally, making sure to emphasize the importance of work/life balance so that employees have the time they need for their families and personal lives. We also encourage open-door communication so that all team members know they can discuss any thoughts or concerns with our leadership team.
