I apologize for not responding to this review sooner. Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We value all feedback at IntelliTect, but I would like to address your specific response about our company’s communication. I’m always looking for ways to evaluate and improve communication at IntelliTect and admit there are times that it could have been improved. There are many ideas that we have for internal communicating, several of which have been rolled out. We will continue to push forward on them. Thank you for noting our flexible work environment and the time off that we provide. I also value family time. Time away from work is critical and, I believe, leads to a happier, more successful work life. It’s also one of the reasons that we plan team bonding events like our book clubs, puzzle lunches and paid trips to see movies.
